Lowtility Needs List

We know your clients and deals are very important and time sensitive. For the quickest results, here is a list of things we will be requesting from your client. 

  1. Copy of Personal Identification
  2. Copy of Most recent 30 days paystubs 
  3. Copy of W2’s for 2022 & 2021
  4. Copy of past 2 years of Personal Tax Returns, including all pages 
  5. Copy of most recent 2 months bank statements including all pages 


  • Copy of Social Security Award Letter and/or 2022 & 2021 1099 (If Applicable)
  • Copy of Pension Award Letter and/or 2022 & 2021 1099 (If Applicable)
